Beverage-Air 703-814B Side Gasket 52 1/8

I ordered this gasket as the direct replacement for a beverage air sliding door display cooler. While the gaskets snapped right into the groove and were of great quality they were too thick and when the doors were closed, they did not meet correctly in the center leaving a gap. In addition the magnetic strip that is intended to latch the seal to the door did not work because the door frame is aluminum! that is the bad part... The good part is that when I called customer service and explained the problem, they were very supportive, unhappy that the gaskets did not serve my needs and gave me my money back without even requiring that I return the items. While I have never dealt with Cooler Gaskets before, I will in the future. A company that stands behind their service is a company that I want to do business with.

Installed easy and appeared good quality. Arrived very quickly.
