When you purchase a gasket from we want you to feel confident that your purchase is backed by our 30-Day 100% Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the gaskets you purchased, contact our customer service department immediately and we will do everything in our power to correct the problem. If we cannot do this, we will authorize a 100% credit of your gasket's subtotal or an exchange for another product. We'll make sure you have a gasket that works for your unit!

All of our OEM Quality gaskets are made to order. Please follow our measuring instructions carefully before placing your order. 

  • We want you to end up with the right gasket for your unit on your first try. However, if you made a measuring mistake or an incorrect profile choice on your gasket order, notify us within 30 days and we will do our best to correct it. Not all parts are returnable such as custom made gaskets and strip curtains but they may be eligible for a warranty replacement. We can help you find the correct gasket and use the previous gasket's subtotal as in-store credit towards the replacement. You will only need to pay the difference in price (if any). 
  • If you want to return or cancel an order containing non custom, resalable items, you may incur a restocking fee of 18% - 25% depending on the item. 
Most commercial refrigeration/freezer gasket retailers don't offer a satisfaction guarantee. Typically, their policies do not allow for returns or exchanges. Here at, we are committed to your satisfaction even after the order is complete. You shouldn't have to settle on a gasket that does not work for your cooler/freezer. We'll make sure you are satisfied with your gasket -- GUARANTEED!


Prior to returning any item please call us at 855-288-2259 or email and we will provide you with a return authorization. We will also inform you of any restocking fee to be incurred by the return.

Return Terms:
- Returns within 30 days of order ship date: eligible for replacement or return. May be subject to restocking fee of 18-25%
Cannot refund or exchange any gaskets from order ship dates past 30 days. 
- Any returns without an RMA#, issued COD or freight collect will be refused.

  • Make sure to speak with a Cooler Gaskets staff member before mailing any item back. 
  • Get a return authorization! Put this return authorization on the outside of the package or on a sheet and include it inside the shipment.
  • Return Special order products in their original box.
