When will my return/exchange be complete?

We know you want your return or exchange handled quickly, and we work hard to make that happen. Below is an overview of the full process so you know exactly what to expect once your return leaves your hands.

1. Contact Us Before Sending Anything Back

Before mailing any product to us, please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Without an RMA, we cannot guarantee proper tracking or timely processing — and unauthorized shipments may be refused or returned to sender.

2. Shipping Your Return

Once you receive your RMA number and instructions:

  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and include a printed copy inside.
  • Ship the package using a trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking).
  • Hold onto your tracking number — it helps us verify when your return arrives at our facility.

3. When We Receive Your Return

As soon as your package arrives, our warehouse team logs it into our system and matches it to your original return request using your RMA number.

Our standard return process includes:

  1. Inspection (1–3 business days): We confirm that the item is in returnable condition (unused, uninstalled, and undamaged).
  2. Verification (1–2 business days): The return is reviewed by our Customer Service team for accuracy and approval.
  3. Resolution: Depending on your request, we’ll either:

    • Issue a refund (to your original payment method), or
    • Process an exchange or replacement order.

4. Processing Timelines

5. Common Delays and How to Avoid Them

To help ensure your return or exchange is processed as quickly as possible:

  • Include all required documentation in your return package (RMA confirmation, order details, and your contact information).
  • Package items securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Use a trackable shipping method so you can verify delivery.

Missing paperwork, unauthorized returns, or damaged items can delay processing and may affect refund eligibility.

6. When to Reach Out for an Update

If it’s been more than 10 business days since your package was delivered to us and you haven’t received confirmation, please contact our Customer Service team with:

  • Your order number
  • Your RMA number
  • The tracking number for your shipment

We’ll review the status and provide a specific update right away.
