At CoolerGaskets.com, we understand that fast shipping is crucial for keeping your equipment running smoothly. Our team works hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our high manufacturing standards.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our standard shipping timelines, same-day order policy, and exceptions for custom or special-order products.

1. Standard Shipping Schedule

  • Gasket and Strip Curtain Orders Received by 2:00 PM EST: Ship the same business day (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders Received After 2:00 PM EST: Ship the next business day.
  • Orders Placed on Weekends or Holidays: Ship the next available business day when our facility reopens.

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Tip: For the fastest turnaround, place your order early in the day and ensure that your payment and shipping details are complete and accurate.

2. Custom and Special-Order Items

If your order includes both stock and custom items, they may ship separately to prevent delays.

3. Shipping Methods and Transit Times

We ship via major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Typically 1–5 business days, depending on destination.
  • Expedited Shipping Options: Available at checkout for most products.
  • Freight Shipments: Used for oversized or bulk orders; delivery times will vary.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The carrier name (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
  • A direct link to track your shipment

Tracking updates are usually available within a few hours of shipment.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within the expected time window, check your spam/junk folder or contact Customer Service for an update.

5. Holiday or Weather Delays

While we strive to meet all shipping timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier service interruptions (weather, natural events, etc.)
  • Holiday volume surges
  • Supply chain or material shortages (rare but possible)

If your shipment is affected, we’ll notify you by email with an updated delivery estimate.

6. Order Changes or Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, requests to modify or cancel an order must be made immediately after placing it.
