We know you’re eager to get your order, and we make it simple to check the latest updates at any time. Whether you ordered gaskets, strip curtains, or custom products, here’s how to find your order status and what each stage means.

1. Check Your Order Status Online (Fastest Option)

The quickest and easiest way to check on your order is to log in to your CoolerGaskets.com account.

How to check your order:

  1. Visit CoolerGaskets.com.
  2. Click “Account” or “Log In” at the top of the page.
  3. Select “My Orders” to view your order history.
  4. Click on the order number to see current status updates, including:

    • Order Received: We’ve received your order and it’s being processed.
    • In Production: Your gasket or cutting board is being custom manufactured.
    • Shipped: Your order has left our facility — tracking information is available.

If you placed your order as a guest (without an account), you can still find your tracking information in your order confirmation email once your package ships.

2. Track Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
  • A direct link to track your shipment

Clicking the tracking link will show real-time delivery updates directly from the carrier.

Tip: If you can’t find your shipping email, check your spam or junk folder — some email filters occasionally misplace automated confirmations.

4. Don’t See Your Update Yet?

If it’s been more than 2 business days since you placed your order and you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, please:

  • Double-check your spam/junk folder.

  • Make sure your payment was successfully processed.

  • Contact our Customer Service Team — we’ll review your order status in real time.
