We’ll work with you to quickly resolve the issue by:

  • Identifying and correcting the problem, such as helping confirm fit or installation
  • Authorizing an exchange for a replacement gasket if the issue cannot be fixed
  • Issuing a 100% credit (for the product subtotal) if a replacement is not suitable

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects, such as faulty seals, missing magnets, or improper welding
  • Material defects that cause the gasket to fail under normal use within 30 days
  • Incorrect product shipments or errors in fulfillment on our part

We will replace or refund any gasket that meets these conditions once verified by our support team.

What’s Not Covered

Our guarantee does not cover issues caused by:

  • Incorrect measurements or model selection provided at the time of order
  • Damage during installation, including improper fit due to warped doors or bent tracks
  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Chemical damage from harsh cleaning products such as bleach, ammonia, or solvents
  • Misuse or neglect, including operation under abnormal conditions

If your gasket issue falls outside the warranty terms, our team can still assist in determining whether a replacement is the best solution.

How to Request a Warranty Review

To begin a warranty claim, please contact Customer Service with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Photos of the gasket showing the defect or problem
  4. (Optional) The make and model of your cooler or freezer

Send your request to support@coolergaskets.com or call (855) 288-2259. A representative will review your claim and provide next steps, including return instructions or replacement details.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued for the gasket subtotal and processed to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges are sent as soon as your replacement gasket is ready.
  • If you ordered by credit card, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
