Do you accept returns from international orders?

At CoolerGaskets.com, we strive to ensure every customer receives high-quality products and accurate orders. However, due to the complexity and cost of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any international orders at this time.

This policy applies to all orders shipped outside of the United States, including Canada, Mexico, and other international destinations.

1. Why We Cannot Accept International Returns

International returns present several challenges that make them impractical to process efficiently:

  • High return shipping costs: Returning items across borders can often cost more than the original purchase.
  • Customs and import complications: Returned goods frequently face additional customs duties, taxes, or delays during re-entry to the U.S.
  • Product compliance and re-sterilization requirements: Certain refrigeration materials and packaging can’t be resold once they’ve crossed international borders.
  • Extended transit times: Delays in customs processing can prevent us from receiving returned goods in usable condition.

To ensure transparency and cost control, all international sales are considered final.

2. What to Do If There’s an Issue with Your Order

Even though we can’t accept returns, we want to make sure your order is correct and functional. If your international shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact our Customer Service team right away so we can review the issue and determine the best solution.

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging (especially if damaged)

  • Review your order summary carefully before submitting payment — custom or made-to-order products cannot be changed once production begins.
  • If you’re unsure about sizing, materials, or profiles, contact us first — our experts can help confirm your selections before you buy.

4. Important Note on Duties and Taxes

All international customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by their local customs agency. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs authority upon import.
