Understanding Our Fulfillment Process
Because every gasket is custom-built to order, your item typically moves into production shortly after you submit your purchase. Once an order has entered production, materials are cut and prepared specifically for your specifications.
For this reason, changes and cancellations are time-sensitive:
- Once an order is in production, it can only be updated if you have an account order (e.g., an order billed to an approved business account).
- Once an order has moved to shipping status (labeled, boxed, or shipped), we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.

Order Types and Policies
Orders on Account
Orders placed on an account may be updated as long as the order is still in production.
Updates can include:
- Quantity changes
- Shipping address adjustments
- Modifications to gasket size or profile (if materials have not yet been cut)
Once production is complete, no further edits can be made.
Credit Card Orders
Orders paid by credit card cannot be modified once processing begins.
If a change is needed:
- We will cancel and refund the original order (if possible before shipment).
- You may then place a new order with the correct details.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled; however, you may still be eligible to return it.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped
Once an order leaves our facility, we can no longer intercept or cancel it. If you no longer need the product or ordered the wrong size, please review our Return Policy for instructions on how to start a return or exchange once your package arrives.
